1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CVONG iOS application ("CVONG", "the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. About CVONG

CVONG is an iOS application designed to help users create, edit, and export curriculum vitae (CVs) and resumes. The app provides templates and PDF generation features on your device.

3. Your Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the information, text, and photos you enter into CVONG, including their legality, accuracy, and appropriateness. You retain full ownership of the CV content you produce.

4. Pro Lifetime & In-App Purchases

CVONG offers an optional in-app purchase called "CVONG Pro Lifetime":

• One-Time Purchase: Pro Lifetime is a single, non-consumable in-app purchase.
• Not a Subscription: There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees.
• Features Unlocked: Unlocks all current Pro CV templates and all future template releases.
• Managed by Apple: In-app purchases are conducted through your Apple App Store account.
• Restore Purchase: You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple Account via Settings → CVONG Pro Lifetime → Restore Purchase.
• Refunds: Payments are processed directly by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CVONG to:

• Upload or include material that infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights;
• Violate the privacy, publicity, or personal rights of any third party;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent professional credentials in an unlawful manner.

6. Intellectual Property

The CVONG app, its software, and template layouts are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are licensed to use the templates to produce your personal CVs. Reselling or redistributing the template designs as standalone products is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CVONG is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that using the app will lead to interviews, job offers, or specific employment outcomes. CVONG does not provide legal or employment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVONG and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app. We recommend regularly maintaining local backups of your CV data.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
